Baer & Associates’ founder, Richard C. Baer brings 48 years experience to the firm. Educated at Erie Community College (Construction Technology) and the State University of New York at Buffalo (Business Administration).

Mr. Baer is a board member and former vice president of the Landmark Society of the Niagara Frontier; a member of the advisory committee and steering committee of the City of Buffalo Preservation Plan; a member of the Construction Club of Buffalo and the Construction Industry Employers Association; a member of the board of directors and past president of the Buffalo-Western New York Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute; a member and past governor of the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and Western New York; an affiliate member of the Buffalo-Western New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects; vice president of the Construction Industry Education Foundation; and a member of the City of Buffalo Preservation Board.
